    Our room was dirty. We moved to another room. It was dirty. My daughter had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to clean it. The cover on the bed looked like a dirty person layed on the bed and left a dirty imprint. My daughter bought her own sheets. The rooms smelled musty and we think it was do to the air conditioner. We'll probably never stay there again. The rain duct had cigarette butts and beer cans in them.

    I drove all night to come into town for a family emergency. I was exhausted and stopped at the first hotel as soon as I hit town which was the best western. I checked in and the room was dirty. Overflowing trash, dirty beds etc. and the smell. Oh my ! Smelled like mold and mildew. Went back to the front desk and was given another room same issue. I finally got a refund and left. Was very frustrating. The front desk lady was kind and I can tell she was embarrassed it was not her fault.

    If anyone is going to be in ROOM 201 you will be taking a cold shower , notified front desk, this was the response I got 🤷‍♀️

    Janice the front desk rep did a fantastic job welcoming me in and thanking me out. She was friendly, helpful and professional. I had to change rooms because the first room, room 202 had alot of MOLD on the lamp shade, a huge stain on the curtain, no phone, the vanity light didn't work and the room smelled moldy. The 2nd room Room 203 was better but not excellent. It smelled moldy but I didn't see any mold and there was a hole in the bathtub with no cover on it.
