  We love staying at this locatIon not only does it give hacienda vibes, the rooms are nice and spacious I always pick this property. Flor checked us in we were also given our goodie bag and given a treat for Halloween 🎃 thank you Flor 🙏

  Hice mi reservacion en la pagina de internet para este hotel, dias antes me cargaron a mi tarjeta de credito el precio de la habitacion ($133.46), al llegar al hotel me dice la dependienta que no tiene registradoo ningun pago, que tengo que pagar de nuevo, le muestro el cobro de la transaccion y solo me dice "si no le parece le cancelo", le pregunto porque tengo que pagar doble y me vuelve a decir "si no le parece le cancelo", total que acepto pues ya era noche, por eso hice la reserva y otra vez me cobra $130.46, despues me cobran $150 extras de deposito porque son nuevas reglas, osea p[ague $416 dlls, acabo de regresar de las vegas y ya me reembolsaron el dinero que pague alla de deposito y ustedes que son hotel de medio pelo, me cobran $416 y todavia con su dependienta de malos modos?, es tiempo que no me reembolsan mis $283 dlls, ya les mande mi caso por correo y me respondieron porque no me han regresdo mi dinero, vengo de las vegas y en 3 dias rapido me regresaron y ademas no me hicieron doble cargo, ahi esta el codigo de confirmación: 930601439, y esto fue el 21 oct cerca de las 8:30 PM

  Stayed here for a concert. On the third night in room 119, since we had to wake up early (checked out at 4 am) to catch our flight, we were horrified to find we had been sleeping with the cockroaches. They were on the headboard, all over the bathroom. It was unreal. I will be going thoroughly through all our luggage to make sure none hitched a ride before bringing my luggage into my home. I can only imagine they were there every single night. I have asked Corporate for a refund for my stay because it is gross and disgusting. The breakfast was good though. Especially the biscuits and gravy. But now that I know the place is infested with roaches…. I wouldn’t eat the breakfast again.

  The service was terrible. I had a delay of an 1 hour 15 minute and they were extremely inflexible. I called them told them they could remove my belongings. Housekeeping wasn't at the room and the hotel wasn't sold out. Still they refused to help the situation. I was extremely disappointed. Darina and a housekeeping ( assuming it was a supervisor) was extremely condescending.
