  No clocks in room no USB outlet no shower liquid,bodywash, shampoo,had to move Microwave to plug it in

  Personal at the front desk are kind a knowledgeable. The pillows are amazingly soft. Rooms are clean and the maid service is good. Continental breakfast not starting until 6:30 is a let down. I can't enjoy breakfast at this overpriced hotel because I, and I'd bet a lot of other people, start our day earlier than what they can accommodate. Thankfully there's a Dunkin near by. Unfortunately during my stay, there was a youth hockey tournament in town, and a group or more of the kids were on my floor/hallway. Incredibly noisy with zero respect for others. It was sad to see that they had parents/adults with them and they let it happen.

  Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel was also clean and both kitchen and front staff were wonderful. My only complaint is housekeeping. I asked for full housekeeping every day (beds made, towels replaced, toiletries replenished, vacuumed, trash empty, etc). It didn’t always happen. The only thing that was consistent was new towels daily. One day they replaced towels and emptied trash but didn’t make the bed or replenish toiletries. Another day they made the bed but didn’t empty the trash and only replenished the lotion (no conditioner or shampoo or soap). We also made sure to put all our items neatly in one corner so they couldn’t use the excuse our stuff was blocking the way. We stayed 6 nights and only once did we have proper housekeeping. It’s also right next to the freeway which is pretty loud if you have a room next to it like we did. Just something to keep in mind

  This was a serviceable place to stay while traveling, tho' I do have to mention that the ceiling sensors (occupancy and smoke?) both have lights that blink. One of them is dim, but the other one is a bit brighter, and blinks every 25-30 seconds. I'm not usually a light sleeper, but that woke me up a few times. The room also seemed to be sprayed with some sort of air freshener, sometime before our arrival. It was pretty strong when we first went into the room, but we were able to open the window a little bit, and turn on the fan full blast, which helped lessen it after awhile.
