All fine except breakfast. 930 am and its shuttered and cleaned. Got a coffee. Never seen breakfast shutbdown that early. Love BW as a chain but this was wierd and incinvenient.

I can't rate the rooms because the manager had cancelled my reservation without notifying me because my credit card didn't go thru. Funny, in the past, they didn't try to make it go thru until I arrived at the hotel...I cannot recommend a hotel with such non customer oriented service. I got NO apology or any kind of compensation either. Do NOT stay here.

I don't really have any complaints about this hotel, it just wasn't anything special. The room was clean for the most part but I noticed that it didn't look like they were bothering to clean behind the bathroom door as the flooring there was really dusty. There were a few small things that could have used some maintenance, like some places on the wall and ceiling that could use some touch up paint, etc. The breakfast wasn't bad. They had scrambled eggs, sausage bagels, waffles, cereal, etc.

Loved the breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly and available 24/7. Rooms were decent.
