    Do not stay here!!!! First took two hours to get checked in. Then opened my door to roaches running around like they checked in and paid for the room...third party wouldn't refund me...Next door was screaming as well about roaches. Room was paid for and still left without a refund....Dont do it read the reviews im usually better with that but was tired from the long drive and my regular hotel was sold out....Also they charge for parking and 100 dollar deposit

    I arrived on10/24 the clerk who checked me in was having lunch in the little area beside the front counter told me to wait one minute. So I had to wait while he chewed his food and sipped on his drink like I am interrupting his dinner date. I already had paid online before I arrived now he double charged me for parking stating you can’t pay online for parking. Then I had paid for an ocean view room and got put on top of a roof with a palm tree directly in front of the sliding door. after all of that woke up to a wet floor where the refrigerator leaking water everywhere! Lord is this why I stay at Hilton better service get what you pay for????😟😟😟😟😟

    Stayed here for biketober. Called down about plumbing issues 10 mins after I got there, and was given a plunger, which was fine… but the issue was never fixed and had to plunge the toilet every single flush. Also, had to check out a day early due to cockroaches. Paid decent money to stay here and have now called 3 different times in regards to getting a refund of some sort for me having to pay to stay in another hotel and each time I speak to someone they say the manager isn’t there. I was sent to the Gums voicemail , and it is full and cannot leave any messages. The staff working was nice and did what they could for the time, but Overall not a pleasant experience considering. Especially with the cockroaches, and shitty customer service on getting a call back after I was told 2 different times I would for sure get a call back today.

    Vickie was disrespectful at check in. Did not recognize status and generally unpleasant. Took a copy of my ID which under state of Florida is not allowed. Im a manager at a another BW location and under that lense I see how poorly the management team is here. Ill be requesting a partial refund through CCR. Trash shouldn't be in the cans at when first checking in, all headboard lights should be secured and working. PTAC units are required to have regular cleaning. These are the basics and this location couldn't hit the mark. The elevator inspection was out of date as of August 2024 so hasn't been inspected since 2023.

    From the pictures this place looks great, but this place has German roaches and management knows it. A mix of over powering fabuloso, the AC being extremely loud, parking being an extra fee and any visitors to the pool also a fee. it’s a hard no for me.
