  Nicest staff. Atmosphere very clean pleasant. Rooms are excellent refurbished nice walk in showers. Quiet ! Easy access to stores and highway. Shuttle bus available! Free ! awesome Breakfast 6am to 9am. I visit often as a reset from life! The pool is very clean. Indoor. Just tell them Michaelle sent you with that spelling. Get a discount. See you all there. Go Browns! Soon!

  Not bad for a reasonably priced hotel. Room was clean but plan on smelling Fabuloso cleaning solution all night. It's very basic with limited extras.

  Nice location. Good breakfast for most part. Bonus free transportation to tram center and other local places , I think 24 hours a day. Pool closed but being worked on.

  Edit* i want to preface my review by adding that after reading some reviews I think some of these reviews are misplaced. I think its being confused w another hotel. Someone mentioned having stairs outside their door, these rooms are all inside and no stairs except in a closed stairwell. Also seen mentions of airport shuttle, this hotel does not have a shuttle service. So please read carefully. *I've been to this location 2x, for the price let's pretend we are being realistic. Well, worth the 80-100 per nite ive paid. Pool is warm and clean, rooms are clean and have nice things like full bottles of good body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The hot breakfast is phenomenal, ive been in really nice expensive hotels and not had a breakfast this good! The staff has always been very kind and amenable. My 2nd time there is did reserve a handicap king room and when I got in the room it was a double queen. They did apologize but they did not have any king rooms. Irritating? Yes. But it is the internet so.. things happen. Elevator works well. No bad smells. I've been on the 1st and 3rd floor and all nice and kept clean. No the rooms do not have carpet, I dont understand why that's a big deal. Smh. All the furniture, lamps, etc all look pretty new. This hotel should have a higher rating. The only complaint I would have is the way the front door and parking is set up, technically it's the back of the building, parking is on either end of the building and for some it might be a lil bit of a walk to the front door. So if ur disabled I'd have someone to drop u off. I have a hard time at length and it was doable for me. But just barely. All in all this hotel is well ran, well cleaned, and we'll stocked. For the price u wont find a better one in the area for sure.
