  Traveling very late, called for resv approx 12 midnight and paid over phone. BW reservationist helped us. She was very good, friendly and helpful. Upon check in at property, we rang night bell. No one came to window. Had to call BW resv back, she called hotel prop. This all took approx 10 min. Woman who came to window was not friendly, no greeting, think she had been sleeping. And she took approx 10 min to ck us in when we had already paid etc. This all happened around 1am. We were so tired and a bad storm was approaching. Not a good experience.

  Parking lot is tiny, kind of aggravating to get in and out of. Room had double bed and alone had a cover with a burn hole in it. Cleaning looked rushed. Woke up the next morning to 3 roach bugs scurrying around. If your around, pass this one up.

  The room door did not lock and they said just use the latch. They were not concerned for safety. The door had a crack at the bottom for a finger to go under. They were not concerned at all. The comforter was dirty and stained. The water was mediocre warm. The staff knocked one time and proceeded to enter my room. I was just stepping out of the shower when they opened my door. Then at 10 minutes to check out they were calling talking about when we were leaving the room. She had to be told that we were leaving and putting my luggage in the car.

  STAY AWAY. BEDBUGS!!!!!!! I’ve never seen a bedbug until today. I thought Best Western was a better quality hotel. Never had a problem until today. Told staff and all she said was “I will let the management know”.
