For being a 3 star hotel, the hotel has nice amenities.
The pool and the hot tub was a nice way to relax after an 8 hrs drive.
We had breakfast included, with many options, I was very surprised to find everything clean, and looking delicious for a great start of the day with fresh fruit, egg bites, sausage or bacon, waffles or pancakes, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bread even a gluten free option. Coffee, juices, tea, milk.
The rooms are dated and the mattresses could use an update, but the room is Ok for an overnight stay.
Overall was a good stay at a goodprice.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for quite a few years, it’s an older hotel but it’s clean & it’s going through renovations and is looking great every time I come here.
The staff is fantastic, complimentary breakfast in the mornings, pool and hot tub and also walking distance to Denny’s, Subway, Friends Pizza and Circle K confectionery store and many other restaurants and places nearby you can drive or Uber to that are quite close. I recommend this Best Western all day
The room was beyond horrible. There was no view from the window because there was an AC unit or something of the sort in front of it which made the room dark and like a dungeon. They tried to hide it by frosting the window so you couldn't see outside, but there was a part of the window that can open and I saw what was blocking the entire window. The bed was super uncomfortable, and the mattress had a large crusty stain on it. After 11 hours of driving and another 9 hours to go the next day, this was definitely not a place to rest up for the next leg of our journey. The floor throughout the room was unlevel and bumpy. The tv was in a spot that you couldn't watch it from the bed and only from one small chair which is not great for 2 people. If I could give this hotel a negative 10 I would, it didn't deserve the 1 that I had to give. I will never return to this hotel and will tell all my friends and family to stay far away from it and stay elsewhere. I would have to say that this is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in, especially for the price I payed. I kinda wonder if we were given this horrible room because we booked it through Expedia. I would never stay here again even if it was free. I am so disappointed that Best Western has their name on this dump. I have stayed with Best Western many times in the past at different locations and was always happy with my stay. Now I don't know if I want to stay at this hotel chain again because of this experience. When I told the lady during checkout how bad the room was, she didn't apologize and only said she would get the cleaning staff to checkout the crusty stain on the mattress. Terrible service, terrible food, beyond terrible room for the price. A dump like this needs to lower their price to a 1-2 star level because it is nothing close to a 4 star as they are showing.

To be honest, this is a fairly nice hotel. The service is very kind and the breakfasts are amazing! Like seriously, I love their breakfasts so much! Anyway, downsides would be that it's fairly outdated, not going to lie, but it's still quite nice. Also, I will say my hotel room door fights me every time I try to enter. The key works fine, but it's just the door. Also, the pool is pretty small. The deepest it goes is five feet, which was a bit of a letdown, but hey, I still had so much fun in it. The hot tub? I mean, come on, it's a hot tub; it's good. But one thing that I was pleasantly surprised with is that the rooms have smart TVs now. You can only use whatever you already have—the hotel does not include paid subscriptions—but for someone who has different streaming services, it's great! I hate cable! Also, the entrance is super awkward in my opinion. :/

We stayed at this hotel in late June this year. It looked like there had been some recent renovations, and the room itself was fine. However, I didn’t like the location of our room, as we had to pass by the laundry and equipment storage rooms every time we walked from the lobby.
We checked in late, around 1 a.m., without any issues. Parking was tight, but we managed to find a spot. The front desk staff member was okay. Breakfast was included, but it was a very basic selection.
What really left a bad impression was the behavior of one of the breakfast staff members (an Indian guy refilling the food). While I was getting some eggs and yogurt and turned around to head to my table, he suddenly told me "You can’t take food to your room". I was nowhere near the door to leave the breakfast area, I was still by the food counter. I have no idea why he would make such an assumption, and I found the comment unnecessary and disappointing. This encounter really affected my overall experience.
My follow-up to management’s reply:
Thank you for your response, but I feel it doesn’t fully address the issues I experienced. Since my room was on the ground floor, stairwells were not a practical option. I had to pass the laundry and storage rooms every single time I went to the lobby, whether it was for breakfast, checking out, or any other time. The location of the room itself was the problem, and that can’t be solved by suggesting alternate routes.
Regarding the breakfast incident, I understand the hotel’s policy, but the issue was the way it was handled. I was NOT TAKING FOOD TO MY ROOM or even near the exit. I was still at the counter collecting items. The staff member’s unnecessary assumption and the way he spoke to me came across as rude. Being told off in front of other guests left me embarrassed and uncomfortable.
Saying staff should “be more smiley” does not change the fact that the interaction itself was inappropriate abd unnecessary. This is why I still feel my concerns weren’t properly addressed, and my overall impression of the hotel remains negative.
