I am not fake, my review is real. I have recordings, screenshots, charges, and anything else you would for me to post. My behavior over the concern of where I would put my family for the night was justified, you were the one's that name called and treated a human being wrong and youknow it..
Booked a room, not going into details about why we weren't able to check in because they will just berate me again. They took our money, denied us a room, and told us there was nothing they could do and in no way would we get our money back in a decent amount of time. So I called customer service and we read through all the policies for Best Western and then for the specific location and there is nothing saying they can take money even if they don't give you a room. This happened almost a month ago and I still have no money received back. I have been yelled at, hung up on, and talking with customer service this location yelled at the person trying to assist me. I have no clue about the quality of this location or if you should stay here, but what I do know is they have rude people working the front desk, talking to people at a table behind the desk (not even looking up at the counter).
I drove 2 hours to go to the zoo, I have a newborn, and with prices these days, sadly we had to return home because we couldn't afford another place to stay.
They put my child, my partner, and myself out with no help or even a "I'm sorry miss, there is nothing we can do but there are plenty of other hotels you can go to." NO! Instead they said I was a liar and told me to leave.
What did I lie about? I called 7 times (I have recipets) they answered on the 8th try, I was told with how I was paying you could work with me (even your customer service, guide lines, etc. Said you could work with my reservation), berated me for not having more money at the time ( sorry that I won't front money like that), and told me to leave because I was lying.
I am an adult, I am 25, yes young but I am an adult with 2 children, I am married, I have a respected career and business, and you treated me like i was trying to rob the place.
Check yourself before you treat someone else like you did!

We was in town for our sons funeral due to him getting murdered. We was in town for 3 nights and the moment we checked in and went into the room our fridge was not working and we notified the not so friendly staff and they switched it out with a different one that work, I informed the workers that I had medication that needed to stay cold in the fridge and that medicine cost me $6000. So they brought in another in and it didn’t work and we told them again and they said there was nothing else they could do. I asked to switch rooms and they said I couldn’t. So I had to throw away my medicine. We also had lizards in our room, no working fridge and the internet didnt work. It was a horrible stay unfortunately.

This hotel was a great price and our room was clean with a comfortable bed. It isn't fancy, but it does great for the night before a flight.

Do not recommend this facility. I called to inquire about deposit fees and then informed them I will be bringing my service animal that is documented, trained etc for my mental and emotional needs that are also documented. For the receptionist to tell me my animal is not a service animal and proceeded to try to tell me, who had to have my dogs trained, documented and registered, that my dog is not a service animal. I didn’t even care about the deposit fees. I just wanted to know what to expect but the lady wanted to argue with me about my own registered dog. Well news flash. Mental disorders count as well. Especially for a veteran. 🙄 I even offered to provide proof which legally I don’t even have to. 🤷🏽♀️

The front desk clerk seemed bored and uninterested in the guests. No greetings, no "Thank you for being a Diamond Plus rewards member", no complimentary bottle of water. When I asked about it, the clerk acted as if he'd never heard of respecting customers. Many other BW hotels will offer free upgrades, bonus points, bottles of water, gift bags, recommendations for local restaurants, etc. I guess having a subway in the motel creates a conflict of interest for him to even comment on anything - though wearing a mask it might be hard to speak to customers.
The weather was still quite warm and I was looking forward to using the pool though the clerk said it closed after Labor Day. Really, what is the point of having a nice large open air swimming pool if you keep it closed 9 months out of the year?
The bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were worn out and needed replacement. The small refrigerator barely kept my drinks cold. The crazy electrical outlet configuration required me to get creative to charge my laptop. I would have talked to the clerk, but the first one to even acknowledge me was a nice older lady when I checked out, and by then it was too late.
Fire the clerks, fire the GM, sell the hotel to new owners. Maybe then you can invest some money and clean it up so it doesn't look like some trashy roach motel.
I definitely won't waste my money at this location again. Luckily, there are several other BW hotels in the greater Tulsa area for me to choose from next time I'm in the area.
