- SWShelley WallerSep 26, 20254.0Best Westerns are one of top three go to hotels when traveling and while this one met the expectations - clean, friendly staff and well stocked breakfast, the beds and pillow were horrible in our room. The bed was HARD & the pillow were so bad our heads sink all the way through to the bed when we laid on them. No support at all. Despite a rough (uncomfortable) night of sleep, every things was really good. I'd still recommend the hotel - just may want to bring your own pillow if they give you room 114.

The front desk attendant was kind and helpful. Upon entering our room 102, we had a Cicada crawling the wall by the window. We found a large stall chip on the floor under the desk. Lastly, the mattress could only be described as a mediocre box spring. Website photos are misleading. Very unsatisfied and disappointed customer.
