    So many issues with this hotel. Location is hard to get to, not good signs to find it. Had a mouse in my room and I was still charged half the price when I should have been compensated. Had to move to a new room at 4 am. The staff was not apologetic at all. Alot of noise from other guests in the hallway and next door.

    This place is rat infested and doesn’t give warnings to people who are night shift workers they just blatantly fire you without letting you know until you find out yourself

    The hotel, is clean and employees are friendly. My room was very basic. There was no Internet available for 3 days. Parking is an additional charge daily. I came here for work, my third and fourth nights my key did not work I had to go back down to the front desk to have them reset my cardkey. The vending machine with the cold drinks was out of order. Could have been worse it could have been better

    We stayed for 4 nights and were pleasantly suprised. The bed was very comfortable, staff happy and breakfast was simple but plentiful. On our last night, we were woken to the noise of a mouse in our room. I had seen the reviews that suggested this was an issue previously but mainly on the ground floor. We were on the 2nd floor. It did take the shine off an otherwise good experience. We reported the issue when we checked out. We were disappointed in the way that the receptionist responded - basically wasnt really interested or grateful that we had shared the information with her. It came across that she had been told of this issue before. The more we think of it, the more we feel disappointed as it was quite expensive and I had very little sleep on our last night trying to get rid of a mouse from our room!

    The hotel is located quote nice at the shores in Quincy. Staff Was not friendly at all...no guest experience at all. I a BW Diamond Member and was disappointed The only nice Person was the lady at the Bar. Food was ok there Rooms are outdated
