Everything about our stay was perfect. Friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast was more than adequate to start our day. Great value for the price.

Since I cannot edit my original review, I want to call out that I am a BW platinum member and book exclusively through the BW hotel portal at each BW as I did with this cancelled booking. Meaning I booked through the hotel website the hotel owns and manages. Saying I booked through another means is untrue and tracks with how the hotel is choosing to handle this situation. It's not their fault. It can never be their fault. Again, they are not helping to resolve the issue not do they want to. Just deferring the blame to something else I did. I don't have control over their booking system. I booked through their website. Last, stating that cancelling a booking 5 days before arrival is more than enough notice is a stretch.

Absolute terrible experience. For the record, we didn't stay here. We couldn't because BW cancelled our reservation 5 days before we were set to arrive stating that it was the end of the season and they were closing. I was just left a voicemail basically blaming me for booking "after the close of their season" as if I control their website's ability to make a reservation. If the hotel closes for the season, why are you still able to book a reservation? There was no apology. No offer to help find alternative accommodations. Just a voicemail telling me it was my fault for booking outside of their operational hours and to go find another place to stay.

Very comfortable room and a great breakfast. Very pleasant and friendly staff. I liked the fact you can walk into your room right from the sidewalk in front of the rooms. No stairs to climb. Great if you have a lot of luggage.

We loved our stay. Convenient to going to the national Park and also downtown. Close to many other great restaurants also. Family of 4 + 1 dog and we had plenty of room. Clean and Nice bathroom. Great dog walking area with visits from the local deer 🦌
