- LYLauren YancyOct 26, 20252.0The AC works great but I don’t like waking up to cleaning out the shower from pubes from the previous person. I don’t feel clean after my shower- yes I took a video before getting in to tell the manager. We will likely spend $300 on a different hotel aside from $100 cheaper. Money does get you a clean shower- anything under $200 is a waste of time. I’d rather smell curry all night than deal with someone pubes! Also the door gets stuck and you has to slam the doors to get them to close.
- CHChris HarryOct 17, 20251.0Nasty place, checked into the room they gave me and it had feces droplets dried on toilet seat! They moved me rooms and bam same thing but urine dried on seat. They then wouldn't refund my money! I have never had such a horrible experience with a hotel you would think covid they would have the clean process down! Manager was only looking for ways to not refund money! She can have it i would never stay here nor will I stay at another best western! See pictures below!
- RGRose GarciaOct 17, 20255.0Stayed here for a work trip. I had a great experience, the staff was amazing. The breakfast was great, had so many choices. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I met the manager Sonia Olvera, she was so friendly, she would ask her guests if they were enjoying their time here. I for sure recommend staying here.
- NSNancy SVOct 17, 20255.0Stayed a week with my family, and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, bathrooms were stocked up with supplies. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. The staff/room service was amazing. I paid a reasonable price for the week I stayed. The manager Sonia Olvera was very sweet and kind. Had the best time there! I’m definitely going back and staying here again.
- JBJames BryanOct 16, 20254.0The hotel is nice. The staff is nice. Rooms were clean. The neighborhood is trashy. It could just be abilene. Room was hot when we got there, even though we checked in online prior to getting there. The refrigerator never really got cold. Bed was super comfortable.
