  I had a complicated insurance claim to navigate with in order to get my whole roof replaced in order to avoid major problems down the road if I only did the partial roof replacement that State Farm originally approved. It took a while (because of State Farm dragging their feet), but they got it done and my roof was replaced within days of receiving my check from State Farm. If it wasn’t for Best Roofing Now, I wouldn’t have been able to afford the replacement as I wouldn’t have been able to secure a full roof replacement on my own. They were very easy to communicate with as well and kept me updated in near real time. Thank you to the entire team at Best Roofing Now!

  We dealt with Banning and James both were quick to respond and extremely helpful. They were able to get the insurance company to cover all the repairs and a whole new roof for both the house and the large shed. The team of installers arrived on time as scheduled, went right to work like a well-oiled machine, and completed the job quickly. The cleanup was also done well, they used tarps then went over the property with the magnets several times. As I am located out of state I was concerned about the process, I went to NC to see the job being done, met both Banning and James and was very happy with everything. Would highly recommend calling Best Roofing Now to see if your insurance can help with your roof repairs, or to get a quote for a job that will be done right!

  I'm very lucky that a friend referred me to James and Best Roofing Now. From the outset, James and his team were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They resolved all issues (some of which I wasn’t aware of) and their communication with my insurance company was a life saver.
