Customer service: just called and they are not taking new patients, but the receptionist took the time to give me possible local vets that were taking new patients and she was very helpful and friendly

Dr Poet and staff are hands down the BEST veterinarian in the Rogue Valley. I am so glad that I was able to become a customer of theirs before they stopped accepting patients! They’re in high demand because they’re amazing!!!!
