  Food was flavorful. The portion looked plentiful but this Honey Chicken Biscut with eagg and cheese did not deliver in the size. Huge biscuit that was fluffy a little on the crumbling side. But this thin chicken breast with thick batter to make it look bigger than it was is disappointing. The egg was also very thin. The cheese quality leaves a lot to be desired. The other items were fine and we were able to get a pink drink there as well. Overall good spot to eat.

  Warning!! Customer resolution does not fit the restaurant. I am gluten free and don't eat pork. I requested a turkey club as it is the only other option gluten free and pork free. When I opened my sandwich it had pork on it. I called to request it be remade she offered a refund but I would have to come into the store because it was an in store purchase. I explained again that I just wanted the sandwich made correctly. She advised that hot sandwiches had a 10/15 wait time. I shared again I want a cold sandwich with turkey and cheese on a gluten free bun. She then advised that there would be a 10/15 minute wait time for that as well as if I'm a new customer. The lack of accountability is the reason for my rating and the reason I will not be returning. I've wasted 40 minutes and $20 They are an expensive inconvenience!

  Jeremy was amazing Even provided baked biscuit treats for excellent and he provided the best customer service. The food was delicious and Even provided baked biscuit treats for my dog. I Recommend this place 100%

  My recent experience at Best Buns was absolutely infuriating and guarantees I will not be a returning customer. The lack of communication and willingness to blame the customer is appalling. I called the store earlier to ask about purchasing a carrot Bundt cake, as it wasn't available on the app before 11 am. I was specifically told by a representative to come into the store to make the purchase. When I arrived and purchased the cake, I spontaneously added several other items to my order. At the register, the counter clerk lectured me, insisting that because I bought more than 10 items, it was considered a "large order" and that I must order online next time due to policy. I informed them that I had just called and was told the app wasn't an option for the cake until later, which is why I was forced to come in the first place. The clerk’s response? They immediately dismissed my entire complaint by telling me I must have called the wrong store location. This is unacceptable. They gave me conflicting information, insisted on a policy I had no way of knowing about for an unplanned purchase, and then flat-out accused me of making a mistake when I pointed out their own error. This level of incompetence and rudeness is shocking. I am taking my business elsewhere.

  I would give this place a 1 star but the tables were cute so out of pity I’ll give it a 2. The person at the register treated us like an idiot, saying the menu was confusing and refusing to give us a side even though their “signature sandwiches” come with a side and a cookie. She told us we’d have to pay extra even though the sign clearly said these sides were included. The coffee was extremely watered down and the cup wasn’t filled all the way. We also got a cinnamon roll and the inside was stale and chewy. Do not come here if you’re looking for good sandwiches, service, or coffee!
