  I called Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair at 3pm and scheduled an appointment for between 4-8pm that same day. At 4:10pm I received a text canceling my appointment due to a “emergency call.” I also had an emergency — water was actively leaking inside my walls — and I had been waiting for over an hour expecting help to arrive. Instead, I was left scrambling to find another plumber while the damage got worse. Emergencies happen, but a professional company should have backup coverage or a plan in place so customers aren’t abandoned in the middle of their own crisis. This was completely unprofessional and shows they cannot be relied on when it matters most. I want to recognize the Andre' for providing excellent customer service. Even though my appointment was canceled, he was polite, professional, and very apologetic about the inconvenience. He showed showed genuine concern, and even tried to help me rebook for the next day, so I could still get the service I needed. His professionalism and care stood out, and he was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating experience. You should have him reach out to clients when there are any issues, instead of sending a text message.

  Best Air and my parent’s home have been on a long journey together since the home is 50 yrs old, on septic and faces other issues. There have been both plumbing and AC problems we have faced. 1. Though we have had a few ups and downs in this process, Zack has worked to make the situation work for us. He was very honest and we need honest in this business. 2. We pay for the AC check ups to avoid any additional issues and I feel it is worth it.

  Ricardo Dominguez, my Technician was absolutely the Best and I am MORE than SATISFIED. He inspected my unit, explained in detail my options for fixing it, how much it would cost and he had ALL the necessary parts and tools to do the repairs immediately. He was neat, clean and didn't talk down to me but WITH me. This Technician is a valuable asset to your Company and I will recommend him to anyone without Hesitation.

  They were very prompt technician. Chad was the best. He was very informative, knowledgeable and honest about everything that needed to be done. The next crew that came in from their establishment was awesome as well. They worked quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the work they done on our home thank you all so very much.   Best Plumbing did not do any work orders for me. Why? Because they gave me this astronomical price to replace my water heater, starting off with a ballpark figure of around $13K. However, after several "hustle" attempts and deep discounts, wasting my time and theirs, they finally came up with a "drop dead" price of $7,200, even though I had the same job completed for $2,600, 7 years before. Kerry and his partner informed me that Plumbing prices have gone up a great deal in the past 7 years, basically making any other offer impossible to gauge. I priced the type of water heater I needed online and the prices varied from $2,100 to $2,500. So, that means its going to cost nearly $5K in labor charges? Last I checked, union plumbers are paid roughly $185/hour. In turn, I needed a water flow sensor, which they included in the estimate. Big deal. That part goes for $150-$250 online. The bottom line is they tried to pressure me into a contract of $7,200 "out the door." No thanks. I hired WATER HEATER PROS (also known as ROYAL PLUMBING) to do the same exact job with the same exact type of water heater and water flow sensor for a total cost of $3,200. $4,000 cheaper than BEST PLUMBING. As a result of dealing with costs only, I do not recommend BEST PLUMBING to anyone who wants to save money and does not like being hustled, although I'm sure that BEST PLUMBING does do a professional job like WATER HEATER PROS does. In addition, the plumber that completed the installation of both items, completed it in approximately 3 hours, working all by himself. That really impressed me the most with WATER HEATER PROS, extremely fast and very professional.
