  BEWARE!!!! After 10 + years as a customer with 2 properties I'm done with them!!!! I recently found an honest and affordable company to switch to, with that being said, I requested Berwick to pickup their tank. With 40% "paid" propane still in the tank, they refused to refund my money!! How is this legal????! I've noticed the customer service deteriorate over the past couple of years as well. This past winter we desperately needed a fill to heat the house. TWO DAYS of zero fuel in coldest part of winter....i requested fuel in the beginning of the week, not even a weekend!!!! Rarely do I write reviews, but with today's high cost of living, these companies need to be held accountable for their deceptive practices. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

  My 15 year relationship with this firm is over. I have been a loyal budget customer since the 2010 . Starting in fall of 2021 trouble started with this company. I was on auto delivery , for the most part I ended up calling when tank gage reads 10 % .It takes several day for a delivery. About 8 years ago some folks mentioned to me that they smelled propane out side. My smell is not good so I did not notice.I called Joe jr. at this company he told me there would be a service charge to check this.WHAT! the back of the delivery slips states if you smell propane call 911 and leave the area. Fast forward to next delivery I ask the driver to check, he did and notified the company. A service technician arrived later and swapped out the tank regulator with a used one REALLY! This has leaked propane for years,I wonder just how much propane I lost over the years. I has been several weeks that I have been with out central heat with some of the coldest temps this year, BERWICK GAS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT IT’S CUSTOMERS. When I made contact to see when the are delivering to me I was told THEY ARE CHASING OUTAGES AND CALL IN’S. WHAT ABOUT ME, Berwick gas you owe me money more than $$1500.00 I lined up a new supplier and hoped to get set up on 3/3/22. I sent them a letter on 2/21/22 to come get there tank and refund my budget money.I tried calling from 8:00am thru 4:00 pm with no answer on multiple days. Low a behold they so up to give propane and told driver no I changed company.He the gave me a bill for $49.95 for refusing delivery ,It was impossible to contact them via phone what was I supposed to do? DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND AVOID BERWICK GAS SALES The don’t deserve even a 1 star review. BERWICK DO NOT BLAME THIS ON COVID BLAME YOURSELF! I really did not want to change but they let me down at the worst possible time. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!! I have been out of propane since February 1 2022

  I have been a customer for over 6 years. Great customer service. When I call for a fill, they usually drop the next day.

  Called on Friday January 14, 2022 for my neighbor. Almost 4 weeks later and they never delivered propane. Zero customer service. Called in heating oil and they were here the next day. So what's the deal with this business, if you cannot deliver then just do everyone a favor and close up shop. Minus 5 Stars.
