    Absolutely horrible experience on 9/9/25. Attempted to bowl a few games while son was practicing with his school team. Lanes.must not have been oiled from the night before. Zero oil on lane causing everything to hook far too early. Asked counter attendant if they oiled lanes and was told probably not. Multiple people around me along with high school team struggled to get any decent shots unless bowling straight. Not going to be spending money here anymore.

    We love STEVE! Steve and staff very professional and helpful. We had a rowdy crowd that was bowling next to us. Not that they bothered us but, they were being very rude to the staff members. THEE STAFF 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 handled the situation so well. I didn’t notice what had happened until they were leaving. Give everybody a raise that worked this past Sunday night seriously!!! That’s is how you keep things in control and from making a scene. We had a great time bowling!

    I went to Berks Lanes and it was fun had a good time staff was attentive to my family the food is good, the place is sparkling clean has a big arcade full of fun games definitely recommend coming here my go-to bowling spot
