From the very first time I walked into their shop, and every time after, I was greeted with a smile and a kind word. And on the phone too. They were all extremely helpful and accommodating with what I needed. And they are also very fair in their pricing. I had taken my ring to another shop in town and they quoted me double the price. I'm happy to pay for great service and the present price of gold, but just be fair. Because then you'll get my repeat business and all of my friends and family's too. Matter of fact, I've already told some friends! My ring looked brand new, being 17yrs old in this rendition after being restyled/recreated 20 yrs pryer. I'm thrilled and I highly recommend to anyone who needs a fantastic jewelry lab tech to create or repair their jewelry. They are family owned and run. I even drove 25 min across town and it was totally worth it. Btw, I have no affiliation with them. Just a very satisfied customer!!
