  Do not shop here if you expect your items to arrive on time. We ordered our crib on April 12th at which time AFTER purchase they go ok it will be 6-10 weeks for your crib to arrive which we were ok with. At 6 weeks I called the store just to check in and they said the 10 week mark looks to be more accurate. 10 weeks was June 21st. I called today June 23rd to see if my crib had arrived and they said it was just shipped from California. I said ok that’s fine so it should be here sometime this week the woman on the phone goes oh no it would be a few more weeks no apology, no empathy pure snarkiness . I called three times today before I got someone on the phone, they take your money before they give you a time frame and then the time frame is weeks wrong. If you expect your items to arrive in a timely fashion/expect accurate timelines DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Update: She called back today and “apologized” that I called late in the day and she didn’t have that much time to look into it due to the time of day. (Even tho I called 3 times before that with no answer) She said that it should arrive in Ohio on Thursday and then it will take more time to arrive to their warehouse. I explained that I was frustrated they didn’t call if they knew it was going to be delayed. She stated that she didn’t feel the need to call because it would only be a few days. I told her on the phone yesterday she said it wouldn’t just be a few days it could be weeks. She said she didn’t say that. My husband and I both recall that she in fact did say that. Even if it arrives in Ohio at a shipping facility on Thursday it will still take a day, two days or more to arrive to their warehouse, which at that point, is a week or more which is in fact not a few days. Not impressed with the response.
