Bentley Westlake — First week of August service
I brought my Bentley GT in for electrical system repairs and related interior work. When I got the car back, it had dirt on the interior leather and fingerprints all over the cabin. This is not acceptable from a Bentley dealership. What I experienced: interior cleanliness issues (dirt on leather seats and surfaces, fingerprints throughout the cabin) and a quality of work that did not meet the standards I expect from a luxury brand. I paid for these services, but the overall experience and final condition of the vehicle were extremely disappointing. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the care shown to my vehicle and I will not return for future service, nor would I recommend this dealership based on my experience. I hope Bentley Westlake addresses interior cleanliness and workmanship so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

Terrible Experience – Stay Away from O’Gara Bentley Westlake
If you’re expecting premium service to match the Bentley name, look elsewhere. This place is a complete disappointment.
I was charged an outrageous amount for a simple oil change, and unlike other luxury dealerships, they offer no courtesy vehicle, no loaner, not even a decent ride. When I pressed them on transportation, they reluctantly ordered a cheap Lyft, which showed up in a filthy, broken-down car that reeked like a public toilet. I had my pregnant wife with me, and we both ended up feeling nauseous and sick from the ride. Completely unacceptable.
To make things worse, their service advisor, Jaqui, was indifferent and unhelpful, showing zero urgency or care. Her attitude was nonchalant at best and incompetent at worst.
They are happy to charge premium prices, but the experience is anything but. This isn’t just bad for a luxury brand — it’s bad, period. Do yourself a favor and avoid O’Gara Westlake at all costs. They are a stain on the Bentley name.
