  We called Bentley’s after attempting to hook up a new thermostat that didn’t work for our house and we couldn’t get the original one to work again. Anthony (the owner) was able to walk my husband through the fix over the phone and within minutes we had AC! Bentley’s is quick, helpful and communicates well! 10/10 service!

  When the Air Con when out over a weekend, Bentley was fast and reliable to get it working again. Affordable and great service!

  Our AC unit had stopped cooling during the heat wave we recently had. I contacted Bentley’s through their text service on their website and was immediately contacted by Larry, even though it was technically after hours (after 5 pm). The next morning I was contacted again by Kelle and out of shear luck they were already installing on my street that day and therefore fit an appointment at our house in. Kelle stated it probably wouldn’t be until after 4 pm when they would be available but by 1145 am I got a call that Caleb was ready to check our AC unit out. Caleb was very knowledgeable. When a fan motor was needed and the one he had on hand did not work, he promptly stated he or another employee would be out with another motor as soon as possible to install. By 5 pm we had cool air again after a motor install by Shawn. I highly recommend Bentley’s after their prompt service even with being a first time customer.
