While I have never had any trouble with the actual gas or tank or drivers or any other aspect, I have decided to take my business elsewhere next season due solely to poor customer service from the office staff. I always try to be as friendly as possible but it's always met with interruptions, hasty responses and the feeling that Im bothering them. It's to the point where I will put off calling to the last minute to avoid dealing with it.

We own and manage several units- we recently needed to swap services because of another company failing to provide services when needed. Bennetts came out immediately to help us, Annie, Kelly and Jim were so helpful. Highly recommend this company!

Made a credit card payment by phone that was never recorded by them. Their website does not allow payments to be made but i am going to try again in a few minutes. I was charge $4.60 a gallon on 12/19/22. I checked Tractor Supply and it was $4 a gallon. I reviewed a Department of Energy website that showed the average price in KY for this week was $2.52 a gallon. When i called to question the pricing, i was told "Well, that's our price." so long story short, i will be researching a new propane supplier this summer
Horrible service for a rural area,
If you need a fill due to an empty tank don't expect swift service, even if you call for an emergency fill which is basically a voicemail left at the local office for them to get during normal business hours. Expect 2-5 days even in the dead of winter. The local office will only respond via banking ours, and their first question is always are you scheduled refill customer or a will call. Since I am a will call, who pays for a rental, at exhaustive prices, you will be on the back burner last in line. The funny thing is I often see the drivers and several propane trucks sitting at the local office, so they have the equipment and people.
Some of the dumbest people you ever meet. Always have to watch because there's always a problem or mistake with billing.
