  I am new to Spruce Grove and also this location. I have visited it about three times, the first two times were good service. The third time was not so great, the girl that served me was new and wasn’t sure about certain things, while the other two girls sat in the front office and didn’t bother to help. I spent several hours using their color your room app, it was a WASTE OF TIME!! The colors are nothing like the real colors in the store. I was so frustrated to find the colors are not at all alike. When I asked the employee about it she didn’t know anything. That App is a big WASTE OF TIME. Long story short I ended up purchasing paint that is totally the wrong color and a waste of $100. I understand the employee was just new but when she asked the other employees for help and they still left her on her own the customer loses out. My other complaint is put all of your interior paint on sale, not just the cheapest choice. After reading my review the owner contacted me to discuss what she could do to rectify my paint problem. The store manager Kayli offered to meet me at the store on her day off to help me re-select a different paint color free of charge. I am so impressed with the way this stores staff stepped up and turned this situation around. I can’t thank them enough for taking responsibility for a bad experience with an online Color App that was actually the responsibility of the corporation. I will certainly be a return customer. Thank you!!

  This is my favourite paint store I’ve ever gone to. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and make everything so easy. They walk through things with me on the phone, answer all my questions, give me advice, let me order on the phone and then they mix up my paint and it’s ready to be picked up shortly thereafter. They’ve also helped me match colours already on the walls of my house done by previous owners and shades from other companies. I highly recommend.

  It was My first time there and I was treated with respect and amazing service. Very knowledgeable staff and friendly too. I'm definitely going to come back to this location for all my country and city projects. Thank you for your excellent service.
