  Jack was able to get to my house within 6 hours of my phone call for an emergency issue with my water heater. He gave me great information to make an educated decision and got me set up with the instalation of a new system within an hour. Tristan did a great job installing the new system. In less than 12 hours, we called for help and had everything taken care of.

  Jake was fantastic! He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with our leaking toilet. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and left the area cleaner than he found it. It’s hard to find tradespeople who are this professional and courteous — highly recommend Jake for any plumbing needs!

  We have been using Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for over ten years. They put in two water heaters in our home. Technicians Tristan and Cisco were just out for our annual water heater flush. They went above and beyond to check both of our water heater units. Along with a thorough inspection of all of our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room plumbing. They were both very professional, answered all of our questions and experts in their field. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing follows up calling every year and sends out their technicians right away. Very dependable and reliable. Great customer service. We really appreciate them very much

  Brad was the service provider and he was incredibly helpful, honest and professional! We had another company come out and instantly say the cost would be $10,000 and then left. But Brad came out, did the proper checking, and realized the problem wasn’t anything that serious. It only took him 10 minutes and the water heater was working perfectly again. would definitely recommend 👍

  Brad is literally the best technician that has ever helped me for any type of service for my house! He is professional,compassionate,and timely. I’ve been going through the worst time in my life recently and I went to take a bath to try and relax and there was no hot water. I called this company in a panic(they are the ones who installed my water heater) because obviously no one wants to take cold showers or baths but also I’m struggling financially like I’ve never struggled before so I’m also worried about how much this is going to cost me. So here I am hoping it would just be an easy cheap fix when he shows up. Well, turns out it is an easy no cost fix and he just had to reset a button. Phew!!! Well, then he realizes that my water heater hasn’t been serviced in a few years and he highly recommends that I get it serviced once a year or else it could cost me a lot of money in the long run if I don’t flush it out yearly because it could essentially break so to speak. Which it has not been flushed out in at least four years. He then proceeds to tell me it’s a $300 charge to do that. I then tell him to please just give me the estimate and I will have to do it at a later time because I need to budget for it because of what I’m going through(I gave him more details about my current terrible situation that I do not want to post on here). He then says don’t worry about it, I’m so sorry for what you’re going through, I will just do this for you today for free. I could not believe what I was hearing and I asked him to repeat himself and I also asked him if he was sure a few times. He said yes absolutely, no worries. I forgot to mention that he also came out within a couple of hours of my call to this company, I didn’t have to wait days like you have to with a lot of companies. And they do not charge you to come out and assess the situation like a lot of companies do. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will always use them in the future. And if I can request Brad, I will request Brad specifically and recommend him specifically to others in the future. Hopefully his boss sees this and gives him the raise and praise he deserves. Thank you so much Brad! My child and I appreciate you more than you will ever know!
