  Staff was very efficient & friendly. A big job but he took care of a total hot water heater replacement, & explained the new unit which is smarter than my old one. Very happy. 👏💐 Also great warrantees & biennial checkups. Great service! Thank you!!

  Carlos was knowledgeable and good at explaining what he was doing. As a DIYer, I realized there is no amount of Internet research I could have done to figure out how switch out the old shower shower valve the way he did. And he even returned to fix an element that was not working properly. Job well done, now on to the tiling!

  Carlos did fantastic work. Very professional and transparent about costs. I have tried a few other plumbers but now I will stick with Carlos with Benjamin Franklin.
