Made a reservation an hour ahead, Uber took us to another Benihana, I called to explain and cancel the original reservation and they charged $40 to cancel. Great way to do business.

Had an awesome dinner with friends visiting. Highly recommend requesting Ed if you’re doing the hibachi table experience. He’s great to talk to and a joy to be at the table with!

Disappointing experience dining at this restaurant. Our server either had too many tables or she was just inefficient but whatever the reason, I have higher expectations when dining at a restaurant in this price range. It took 30 minutes just to get hot tea and the other people dining at our table waited even longer for drinks from the bar, which ended up coming out incorrect the 1st time. Our chef didn't begin cooking until after we had already been seated for an hour and 15 minutes 🙃. I ordered my filet to be cooked medium rare and he served it to me medium well. When I told him it should be medium rare, he said he would make another one but then put the pieces of filet back on the cook top for a few seconds and then put them right back on my plate...so now they were even more cooked????? Very disappointing to have a $50 filet mignon so poorly cooked. The show our chef put on was mediocre at best. We watched other chefs around our table being very entertaining but we got a sleepy chef. Entire dining experience took over 2 hours (for a 5 pm reservation), making us late for our concert that we attended at the Westgate. This was an overpriced dinner ($150 for 2), which included the $18 upcharge for fried rice. The bill stated it was chicken fried rice, but there were no signs of any chicken when served.

This is the largest Benihanas restaurant I’ve ever seen. I believe it has like 25+ Habachi grills. We had the cold sake, the cook and the server were super courteous and attentive! Highly recommend to make reservations in advance.

I reserved a private table for 2 , but when we were seated they said we had to sit at the oval with 8 strangers who we had nothing it common with. My main dish came promptly, while my friend ended up waiting until all the rest of the table had been served.
