  I am very dis-satisfied with the lack of response from Benchmark. My LG refrigerator purchased June 2023 is having compressor and freezer fan issues. LG and Lowes take no responsibility for their lousy products. This is second 3rd part repair company that has ghosted me after I contacted them. I paid $150 for a tech so "look" at my fridge and tell me it was broken. They claimed to order the parts but there has been literally no contact. I have lost so much money on a faulty worthless refrigerator and now more on trying to repair it.

  This place sold me an amazing washer and dryer for an even better price! They came and delivered it on time and I couldn’t be happier with this place. Thank you guys so much for helping me and I will be back!

  Backyard operation came in to test my refrigerator busted open my compressor let it air out into my house I have children. I’m reporting them to the EPA You can try to block my review all you want but your three existing reports with the PI and more coming speaks for itself Charlie is a hack Charlie tells his little boy that works for him that’s how it’s done . Bunch of hacks that don’t know what they’re doing going around releasing refrigeration across the Lehigh Valley and then telling people if they’re compressors work or not instead of doing the proper cages tanks recovery tanks and not leaving Freon in someone’s house and then leaving when I was it was it was a dead relay!! You can block me all you want say it’s a spam say it from another company it’s the truth you tell me honestly right now that’s not how you diagnose compressors!! Can you tell me how you’re gonna pay the hundred thousand dollar fine from the EPA for releasing Freon! K bye
