  We initially really loved Belly Rubs, but the most recent time we had an appointment scheduled and they said we had to shave our pup because of the matting and if we didn’t like it, “They weren’t the groomer for us.” He’s had tangles in the past and other groomers have been able to get them out. Sure enough, I took him to Scally Wags and they didn’t shave him and were able to detangle him. Not sure I trust Belly Rubs which is a shame because Valerie did a great job.

  I took Luna to Belly Rubs for the first time yesterday. I had a lovely experience as soon as I walked in I was checked in by very kind staff. My puppy is extra squirmy and they embraced her and helped calm her down. They also explained different cuts to me and made sure they knew the exact lengths I wanted for all parts of her body. She came out looking so cute and smelling amazing! I even made an appointment on the spot for her brother next week. Definitely reccomend for anxious dog moms, they take great care of our babies.

  THE best dog groomer service in LoCo! The owner is lovely and all the staff are well trained and so great with my pups. Tried other groomers but nothing beats the service and quality that Belly Rubs has. Been a loyal client for the last 3+ years. Their biscuit bar is so nice and fresh too. The only thing is their walk in nail trim service was discontinued but they can get those scheduled pretty quickly so not too big of a deal. Also - they could definitely use an upgrade to allow for tip added to their he credit card transaction cause right now they only do cash tips and that can be super inconvenient since most people don’t have cash. Otherwise, 10/10!!!

  This place is great!! The staff are extremely friendly and they make my pup….look like a million bucks when he’s done getting groomed! I’ve been a longtime customer….because they always take such good care of my boy!

  I’ve been bringing my dog to Belly Rubs for 3 years, but after today, I’m really disappointed. Despite horrible weather and a hurricane, they canceled my appointment because I was 20 minutes late — just 5 minutes over their 15-minute grace period. I was already there and explained the situation, but they showed zero understanding or flexibility. After years of loyalty, this is how they treat customers. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
