- FMFrog ManMar 11, 20225.0These roller j cups work great for titan x-2 rack. Very durable, rolls smooth, and easy on the bars finish. Won’t be disappointed. Used UHMW plastic to make a secure fit on my 2x2 rack. Perfect for centering a heavy loaded bar. Bars I find to work best are a 32mm squat bar and rogue Ohio bar, you can use a Yukon or bison bar, i have used a cambered bar and they work fine also if you want these to be your dedicated j hooks
