  Former tenant here, don’t even risk your comfort here. Everywhere management is nice, who cares?.. this place is infested with roaches and rats and they don’t want to spend the extra funds to properly spray and get rid of the infestation… pest control cannot fix the issue. This place is completely terrible and not livable… if this is your last resort sure but this actually disgusting and imo this place should not even be leasing with the condition its in. Absolutely horrible. Don’t not fall for the dreams thats been sold in the office.. just find somewhere to escape a nightmare.

  Don’t let the bad reviews scare you away from giving these apartments a shot. Honestly, you’ll run into issues no matter where you move, but here the rent is affordable and the units are super spacious and comfy. A lot of the complaints come from a nearby property that’s actually being sued by the City of Houston, not really this community itself. The best part though? The customer service. If you can, ask for Shelsy — she’s seriously the sweetest and takes her time to explain everything so clearly. She made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend working with her if you decide to check the place out!

  ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL MANAGEMENT ​DO NOT RENT HERE. THIS IS A SCAM. ​My experience with the management at this complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. They are not simply unprofessional; they are actively and maliciously avoiding their duties, and their policies are designed to prey on residents. ​The office is a ghost town. They operate on a shell game of a schedule, deliberately closing their doors for hours or even days at a time with zero warning. It is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone to address problems, and it’s clear they do this to avoid their responsibilities. All maintenance requests and complaints go unanswered, and any attempt to speak with a manager is met with a locked door or an automated voicemail. This is not a business; it's a racket. ​Beyond the deliberate inaccessibility, they have a fraudulent car-towing policy. My car was towed unjustly, and when I attempted to reason with the staff, they were completely unhelpful and indifferent. They did not care about the significant financial hit or the time I had to waste because of their corrupt policy. They are profiting from your misfortune. ​This is not a home—it is a trap. The management shows a blatant disregard for residents and seems to get a sick pleasure from making our lives miserable. Save yourself the stress and the money and look for an apartment that is actually run by decent human beings.
