Marilou has gone above and beyond to help me. And always ensure that I’m happy. Javier in maintenance is AWESOME!! He’s consistently friendly and professional. And also so willing to go above and beyond as well. The complex is well kept, the residents are respectful of the property and each other, the walking trail and pond is a bonus to living here. I feel safe and the location is perfect for commuting anywhere in the DFW. This is not just an apartment complex, this is home!!

I have lived here for 3 years and this is the first set of staff members that have made sure I felt welcome each and everytime I come in. They are also making changes to the property that I am extremely excited about. Twan in the front office is so sweet and helpful no matter how many complaints or questions I come in with. Bella Ruscello is definitely a great place to stay!!!!
