  They did great! Everything was clean and they even came back a hit a couple items we noticed after treatment dried. Highly recommended

  Ruth and her crew were nothing but professional! She answered my inquiry immediately over the weekend- I reached out to 4 Dallas firms and got only one response from them by late Monday. Bella Maison picked up my STINKY rug on Monday, cleaned it, and got it back to me by Friday smelling and looking like new. Bella Maison charged half of what the Dallas people were going to charge (and I would have had to take the rug to Dallas myself). It's a shame they're getting so many hateful fake reviews on here, because they're courteous, professional, and do a great job. I would absolutely use them again.

  Wow!! I cannot tell you how impressed I am. From the beginning, I could tell that Ruth knew what she was doing. I am a real estate agent and I hired them for a client with a serious cat problem. Cats were gone but I thought that the place would be cleared out. Unfortunately when her carpet cleaner arrived, the place was a giant mess. Nothing was moved and cat excrement was still everywhere. Her guy helped me move everything and also helped me clean the cat mess. He charged me so little extra that I felt inclined to give him more. These people are super professional. I will use them again for the duct cleaning. Highly recommend. Easy to get in touch with and do what they say!!
