He accessed the problem, let me know what needed to be done, and what it would cost, so I would know what to expect. He had to shut the water off at the road before he could replace the indoor valve. I would be happy to have Joe return and take care of any future plumbing issues. I feel that I can rely on Bell Plumbing.

- JIJohn IncampoOct 6, 20255.0Nick was on time and did a great job. He replaced the hot water pipe at the top of the hot water heater to stop the slow leaking of water. Everything appears to be working fine. Nick said to keep an eye on the hot water heater. Hot water heater is approximately 10 years old. Nick said that the repair probably added about a couple of years of life to the hot water heater. Nick did not try to hard sell me on a new hot water heater, that he tried to fix the leak first, which he did, but he also gave me some useful information on what the cost for a new hot water heater would be if I needed to go that route.
