  This place sold me faulty engineered wood panels. It has been a while, but I've always wanted to write this review and recently found their business card, so this enabled me to do so, which I am doing only for the sake of protecting other consumers. I went in to select a floor engineered wood panels and saw this exquisite floor paneling on sale. I did not go in with a contractor. What I did not know, and was not visible to me at the time I looked at the samples, was that these panels were filled with some kind of filler at many spots. Only after picking up the flooring panels and starting to install them, did it become apparent that they were filled with filler material - it was not all original wood but various holes had been filled in the food panels. I had no chance to change the order because this being on sale it was a nonrefundable purchase, and also because we were in a rush to move in (had to move out by a certain date). So I remained with this less than optimal flooring. The reason I'm writing this review and only giving one star is that (a) the samples did not show this filler material when I was at the store; (b) I was not told that some (at least 50%) of the panels would have filler material clogging defects in the wood.

  Brian and the crew were very kind and helpful. We love the flooring Bell recommended Our installer Don Mason was amazing. He was friendly and kind and did a great job with the installation. He made the chaos of getting new floors so much easier and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Bell Flooring and Don Mason

  Wow! Stopped into this store looking for hardwood floors. Huge selection, soooo many options to choose from. And We had an issue where we needed the floors shipped to us immediately. . Everyone else was two- three weeks out, but Bell Flooring made it happen! We had the floors within 5 days. And the Floors look awesome!!

  I like to shop local and support my neighborhood as much as possible as long as the quality is up to my high standards. Bell flooring had all those items checked. The customer support was excellent. The entire team helped me pick out the exact wood floor I was looking for.
