James, the technician was professional and did an excellent job! However, the contract was signed in October with all items needed for written on the order. When James showed up at 8 in the morning as per scheduled contract time he didn't have a copy of the contract/work order to refer to that the company should have provided. So, therefore I showed him mine. He then had to go look for the toilets that should have already been ordered and on his work truck. This took a few hours for him to locate them which had me sitting around wasting my day. Once he located the items it then took 2/3 hours more to install the product due to unforeseen issues. I then asked if he could have his manager call me by the end of business which he said he talked to him and should receive a call. However, at the time of this review I still have yet to get that call. So, unfortunately I have gotten a few surprises. I would give 5 stars if the communication was better in the company, the work provided was great! The communication is lacking and the fact that I had to miss work for an entire day because of it is not acceptable.
Advice on a leaking sink. We have one of those touch sensor faucets. Unfortunately it's leaking and it obviously needs replaced. Of course it requires a great amount of money for one faucet. If we buy it, they'll install with no warranty and at a cost of 9 hundred something. If we go with there fawcetts and warranty it will be 1600 at cost. You can't win, it's a constant financial squeeze. There has to be a much better solution than what I experienced. Plus our home was purchased in 2006 when they placed the red blue plastic piping with the open/close key. There also problematic, they leak if you don't lock them up just right!! So if you want to do it yourself have fun, water pours all over your Sheetrock?! Who comes with this horrible manufacturing and leaves numerous buyers with the botched outcome. It would be helpful to know if these were recalled??? They should have. I'm not home so I can't give you name of the plumbing company. You can start with D.R. Horton the builder. Hope to hear back. Mr. Mark F. Rogers and Mrs. Nanette Y. Rogers

Plumbing inspection - Bell Brothers sent me an email that they were running a special on their plumbing inspection for an awesome price. We made our appointment online. Serge came on time, was very professional and did an awesome job on giving us feedback as well as copies of pictures. They inspected all of our water connections: toilets, sinks, washer, Hot water heater, as well as the main outdoor water shut off. We’re interested in the bell rewards membership. It is extremely comprehensive with three visits a year. Highly recommend getting their plumbing inspection.
Bell Brothers annual plumbing inspection is helpful. Noah checked the operation of my water heater and drained the bottom of the tank to clear accumulated sediment and verify water was running clear. He then asked if I had any other issues and helped me with a faucet cartridge that was failing, advising me to contact the faucet manufacturer to get warranteed replacement parts (free!) and then Bell Brothers would install them. At my aunt's house, he inspected all her fixtures, drained the bottom of her water heater, checked all her plumbing/drain connections and found a leak under her kitchen sink that was easy enough for me to repair with a Home Depot part (thank you, Noah!!!) and then addressed her other issues with her older plumber fixtures. I appreciated how conscientious and thorough he was; he fixed what could be easily fixed and showed me what he was doing so I could fix it if the problem recurred. I hope Bell Brothers appreciates what a great employee they have in Noah. This was part of the annual maintenance service on the plumbing and the semi-annual service on the A/c that we pay $20/month to have, so the services total $240 per year to have.

Our experience with Bell Brothers wasn't great. We asked for a shower repair, which was fixed. However, we were also told that the shower caulking could be redone and the faucets would be tightened by Ryan. We were told that the caulking wasn't possible due to water leaking out from the areas that needed caulking. The caulking he did do was subpar, if that, and looked like it was just squirted on. Old caulking was not removed and a tool was not used to smooth it leaving it looking worse than it was to begin with. He attempted half heartedly to tighten the faucets but again did not use any tools.
Alfonso and Elijah installed the water heater and did a great job. However, I believe the unit and installation were overpriced and would have probably made a different decision if Ryan hadn't talked up the company so much. Both of these guys did fix Ryan's half efforts of caulking and sink tightening with appropriate tools and we did appreciate their thorough customer service. I would, however, not recommend this company based on the first effort and overpriced service for a mediocre job.
