  We selected Belfor to do our full condo renovation after an unexpected water leak ruined over half of the property. Our construction manager, Chuck B, was amazing and communicated with us promptly and effectively. He even provided some recommendations on configuring spaces as the kitchen was a redesign in addition to the renovation. Tim A provided us with a detailed list of the damages outlined room by room which was helpful as we made our decisions on what needed repaired or upgraded. Chuck's crew completed the work well and on a satisfactory timeline. We had a wonderful experience working with Belfor and will use them again in the future if needed.

  I recently had the privilege of working with Belfor the Myrtle Beach office, on the cleanup of a condemned property. From start to finish, every step of the process was handled with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and grace. It's rare to come across a company that not only excels at what they do but also treats their clients with such empathy and care—especially when dealing with something as difficult as a condemned house. From my first contact with Belfor, the office staff was attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They understood the sensitive nature of the job and immediately made me feel at ease. They patiently answered all my questions, explained the process in detail, and kept me updated. Their communication was excellent, and they were available to address any concerns I had. The project manager, Barrett, was exceptional. His ability to balance professionalism with kindness was truly impressive. He took the time to explain the scope of the project, addressed any potential issues beforehand, and ensured everything was done with care and precision. Throughout the project, Barrett was available to answer questions, and always communicated any updates or changes promptly. The crew who came in to perform the cleaning was equally as impressive. They worked diligently, carefully, and efficiently to remove debris and to clear the property. Not only were they highly skilled, but they were also kind and respectful. They went above and beyond to ensure that the property was left in a safe and clean condition, and they did so with a positive attitude that made a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. In short, I could not be more pleased with the services provided by Belfor. They not only exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and expertise but also demonstrated a level of compassion and customer care that is hard to find in today’s world.   Came to our condo to prepare for our son’s wedding not expecting it to be flooded from a water leak above us. Called our HOA management company and within an hour an amazing young man named Harrison and Chris. We’re at our condo to begin assessing all of the damage. My son that was getting married arrived before us called me when the two gentlemen arrived . In such a stressful situation, my son was laughing and telling me it was going to be OK that the guys That were there we’re going to handle everything and for me not to worry. By the time I got here the next day 85% of it was cleaned up machines were there to help things dry out. They had cleaned it so well that it looked a lot better than what the pictures did that my son sent me .Thank you Harrison for the job you did and for making me feel better .So glad our management company called such an amazing company to work with …..
