My son has had the most amazing, loving, attentive, kind, and most wonderful therapists apart of his early childhood life from this company. Some that we have worked with being Heather, Katelyn, Caley and Robert. They have been there for Matthew at all times, even through very rough behaviour of biting and hitting. They've handled it with compassion and patience. He received 18 hours of ABA in home therapy per week. We have had quite a few people come into our home and it's been nothing short of absolute professionalism. Tina the supervisor is the most resourceful and kind woman I have ever met in the field of Autism. You can tell she really has a heart for her clients and it shows in her work. She's always been so amazing at what she does with my son. From playing with him, going on outings, working on new goals, creating new antecedents, and always putting my son above everything else, she's truly a hidden gem. If anyone ever has Tina on their case as their supervisor they are truly fortunate. We are moving out of town and will continue services with BLC through their new Calabasas office. We hope to have as amazing of a team as we've had in Santa Clarita. I have no idea how much these therapists/supervisors get paid but I've seen the charges on our monthly statement from services(ABA therapy) we've obtained through our private medical insurance, I just hope that BLC keeps these amazing people by creating a workplace that supports their own personal living and to be able to afford sustaining their ownselves within their life. The amount of work involved between coming into our home, dealing with many different types of behaviors from biting to kicking and hitting, then throw in having to work around siblings and sometimes chaos, I just see how much work goes in and would hope that their paycheck resembles that kind of effort. Thank you very much BLC, our family loves your company so much. Our autistic son has absolutely thrived from the services and for that we are so thankful.
