When I needed to store some of my things to prevent them from being damaged/stolen, they were nothing but professional, understanding, friendly, and helpful. When it comes down to communication, they are extremely understanding. There were a few times where my pay days were a little after the due date, and they were absolutely willing to work with me, and that right there helped alleviate some stressful moments for me... Because this was the first time I'd ever needed a storage unit... And I was fearful of losing everything. Again, I appreciate you guys for being exceptionally understanding and professional for the period of time I rented a storage unit.
