  Very helpful and direct. No heavy sales push. Asked for preferences and showed us all the options and all price ranges. Did not push us to buy most expensive but one that met our needs. This is the fourth mattress we have bought at this store. Highly recommended!

  Paul was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had answers and information specific to our concerns. Highly recommend buying beds or bed accessories at this store.

  A huge thank you to David and Will!!! My local Bedzzz Express was sold and that left me in limbo in regards to trading my tempurpedic mattress after the 30 day policy. The new owner of the local store, Snooze Mattress Factory, refused to honor that policy!! I called Bedzzz Express In Trusville and spoke to Will. He contacted his VP, David and even though their corporate stores did not have to honor my local “franchise” store, they went way and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! I highly recommend them!!! Lesson learned…. don’t by from Snooze Mattress Factory!!! Customer service is not their priority!

He really took the time to understand what I needed — something that was both comfortable and reasonably priced — and he guided me through my options without any pressure. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the entire process so easy. I walked away with a bed that fits me perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier.
