Got a twin size hybrid, so far so good on back and comfort support. Decently friendly staff helped me find one that suits my needs, store is slightly smaller but not too overwhelming. Pretty autism friendly as well (I am high functioning.) No loud music, don't think there was music at all, staff are friendly and don't speak too loudly, cramped but not terribly confined.
