- DMDan MillingtonMar 23, 20255.0Tim, John and the crew did a great job on my unplanned home renovation! In late October, 2024, I came home after only being gone for two hours. When I returned home that day, I found a new water feature pouring from the hallway ceiling from the floor above. The leak from an upstairs bathroom sink supply line, managed to wreak havoc on three different levels. The damage was so involved, that I had to live in a hotel for nearly three months. After nearly two weeks of having fans and dehumidifiers running in the house 24/7, they were removed. That’s when I reached out and spoke to Tim. Tim and John were out the next day to review the damage. I provided the insurance estimate. Once paperwork was done, things were underway. This was right around the holidays, but the guys got in there and got started. The project manager, John, kept me updated with status on contractors, etc. Really did appreciate the clear communication! Tim was realistic about the start date and completion date. I appreciated that as well. They did great quality work and I would definitely use them again.
