Someone forgot to install a weight. Then? Getting that replaced will take over a month. That washer? Will also be trash. Will require SEVERAL repairs and they won't call you back. Has been repaired once by them. Clogged hoses and now it's tripping my breaker box shutting off power and will not work. I bought my first washer in May, I have not since had an adequate washer. I have four kids a German Shepard and two cats. I'm a single mom who works a famp;@ ton and they don't think it's important to return calls. Fix their product or do very much as far as good business goes. I've purchase four appliances from them. A dryer. A stove and now two defective washers. The walls to my laundry area are trashed and somehow? Now I'm out 350 bucks and a lot of stress. A lot of jacked up laundry experiences too. I will never ever purchase from them again. Not worth it.
