The work was well done and completed in only twenty minutes. A fawcett cylinder had to be replaced, which cost about sixteen dollars. Also, there was a $180 dollar fee for the service call, which we agreed to. However the final bill was $530 , which means the you charged $330 for labor. That amounts to about $1000 per hour labor rate, which is outrageous.

Over all very good. On time, professional, polite.
I was disappointed that as my HVAC was low on freon as I predicted, the invoice had no details… just service call, freon added, stop leak added… and total bill to pay…so I have zero knowledge of how much freon was added to make a decision as to leak rate other than tech said it was minor, same with stop leak, no cost listed …
And without knowing amount of freon replaced not sure I should have asked for the leak stop… <$700 was high for a slight freon leak service call as I know the leak sealer is less than $50 to buy… and I do not have the old freon that's hyper expensive.
So next service call, will ask lot of questions upfront and at $700… and will likely shop it some.
Great company and service, would list on the expensive side..

Our technician, Swavyon Constanza, provided excellent service in diagnosing the problem, explaining how it occurs, what alternatives we had to fix the condition, and then resolving the issue. He has excellent communication skills, from understanding my less than 100% clear description of the condition to carefully and cogently outlining the options. I felt like I got excellent service--a 10 out of 5 stars (really, really good). I will have no hesitation in requesting his services the next time we have electrical problems.

We had a leak coming from the dishwasher. We called them for plumbing services. The technician had to reschedule two times, and after taking a look at the source of the leak, he said he could fix it because the drain hose was disconnected and he didn’t feel comfortable fixing it since this was part if the appliance.
So we spent almost $200 to be rescheduled twice and then the plumber not being able to fix a water hose.
We will not be using them again.

We chose not to go with BC. While the technician who came out was very nice, he wanted us to replace the entire main water line into the house to fix a leak that was 2 feet from the meter. This would have meant digging a trench through the yard and costing us thousands more than what we ended up paying to repair a leaky line.
Everyone was very nice and professional, but this came down to just doing the repair I was asking for and a huge cost savings.
