Went in to buy a queen sized bed that was advertised for a guest bed. The store did not have one in stock but I was told by Greg that there was one at another store, and to try the twin and comfort level would be the same. We tried the twin and it seemed fine. Greg got the delivery set up. When the mattress arrived the delivery guys (very nice people) got the bed in place. That night my sister slept on the bed. She got up during the night and slept on a couch because the mattress was so uncomfortable. The next day several other family members tried it out and agreed. The firmness was inconsistent and the mattress sagged in areas. I called the store and talked to Greg and let him know I was dissatisfied. Greg said I could come in and pick out another mattress. I came in a couple days later and talked to the manager on duty. He seemed grouchy and responded in a curt manner. He was telling me I would have to pay an another delivery fee and a restocking fee and the store would not give a refund. I ended up buying a mattress that was twice as expensive after the additional charges. This was a very disappointing experience and could not recommend the store.

We have had the class C Black for less then 2 weeks. Very comfortable(only reason for the 2 star) but already has sagging both sides and hump in the middle you can see thru a thick comfortor. Called store and was told to go online to fill out warranty issue section! Seriously I've spent thousands on a high end mattress and this us what I get! So disappointed.
Wow I called back Monday to talk to manager Brian regarding sagging in 1st 9 days and he said all pillowtops will do that.. in 9 days!!! Not true as this would be 3rd pillowtop I've purchased, most do it after several years),he was very rude saying if it's comfortable I should just keep it and even though I'm in 60day sleep trial period they want to charge me to switch it out. I told him the sagging in less then 2 weeeks feature was not mentioned in their sales pitch and his response was " well did you ask that question " seriously?
Horrible service. I've left a message for owner. Let's see if they really stand behind their products.
****Tuesday I heard back from my original salesman Gregg- he was great! Same as day I bought mattress and he is helping me resolve the issue with a new mattress & a plan if issue persists, this is what I expected the 1st time I called. Problem solving & solutions. Appreciate your level of service Gregg and standing behind your products as promised, that's what makes repeat customers. Increasing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Will be a 5 if next mattress holds up-fingers crossed.

We bought a Beauty Rest bed 5 years ago at this store and had a very educational experience. When we recently decided to upgrade to an adjustable bed, we returned to our friends at Beauty Rest Sleep Gallery. We bought the best new adjustable bed, on the market.
They made the process simple. Delivery and set up were free. We couldn't be more pleased.
Frequently Asked Questions About Beautyrest Sleep Gallery
What’s the best mattress?
The answer is a matter of individual taste. What’s best for me may not be best for you. When it comes to mattresses, there is no one-size-fits-all. After all, we’re all built differently and have different comfort and support preferences, so why would the same mattress be “best” for all of us? To determine the mattress that’s best for you, we recommend using the process of elimination to weed out the ones you don’t like. Go to a retailer and use the “rest test” to narrow down your choices. As you lie down on the mattresses, pay attention to three of the mattress’s most important features: comfort, support and space. The mattress that best fulfills the combination of these needs is the “best” mattress for you. If you sleep with a partner, bring that person with you to test out the mattresses. After all, you will need to reconcile what you like best with what your partner likes best.
Does my mattress come with a warrranty?
A Manufacturer Warranty applies to all mattresses: length and details of warranty is dependent on the brand/manufacturer. Contact us for complete details.
Does the mattress affect how a person sleeps?
Yes. The mattress has the potential either to encourage sleep or rob you of sleep. Whether your mattress is a sleep friend or a sleep foe can determine how refreshed you feel in the morning. If you’re tossing and turning more at night or if you’re waking up feeling stiff or sore after a night’s sleep, it could be a sign that your current mattress is no longer the best for you. Your body appreciates a comfortable, supportive mattress and will let you know if it’s not up to the task.
Why is sleep important?
Sleep is a key part of a healthy lifestyle. Like eating right and exercising, sleeping well is essential to feeling your best during the day. It affects how you feel, your relationships, your productivity and your quality of life. While you sleep, your brain goes to work, consolidating the day’s learning into memory and reenergizing the body.
How do I choose the right mattress firmness for my needs?
Selecting the appropriate mattress firmness depends on your sleep position and personal comfort preferences. Side sleepers often benefit from a softer mattress that cushions the shoulders and hips, while back sleepers may prefer a medium-firm surface for balanced support. Stomach sleepers typically require a firmer mattress to maintain proper spinal alignment. At Beautyrest Sleep Gallery, we offer a Mattress Comfort Guide to assist you in finding the ideal firmness level.
How often should I replace my mattress?
The lifespan of a mattress varies based on its quality and usage. Generally, it's recommended to replace your mattress every 7 to 10 years. Signs that it may be time for a new mattress include sagging, loss of support, or waking up with aches and pains. Regularly evaluating your mattress's condition can help ensure optimal sleep quality.
What is a hybrid mattress?
A hybrid mattress combines the support of innerspring coils with the comfort of memory foam or latex layers. This design offers the responsiveness of traditional spring mattresses alongside the pressure relief and contouring benefits of foam. Hybrid mattresses are suitable for various sleep positions and can provide a balanced sleep experience.
Do I need a box spring for my mattress?
The necessity of a box spring depends on the type of mattress and bed frame you have. Traditional innerspring mattresses often require a box spring for proper support, while many modern mattresses, such as memory foam or hybrids, are designed to work with platform beds or foundations without a box spring. Consulting the manufacturer's recommendations can provide specific guidance.
How can I extend the life of my mattress?
To prolong your mattress's lifespan, consider using a mattress protector to guard against spills and allergens. Regularly rotating your mattress every 3 to 6 months can prevent uneven wear. Ensuring your mattress has proper support based on its type is also crucial. Additionally, keeping your bedding clean and allowing your mattress to air out periodically can contribute to its longevity.
