- MWMichael WiltSep 9, 20251.0Scheduled and received a "wellness check" on my AC units on my boat in July. I did this to hopefully prevent a failure. During the visit the techs pointed out I needed to replace a pump. (This I knew and asked them to get to a quote to replace). A month later, still no quote, though the quote request was in the invoice notes, as was a request to do some other work. Then, coming back to the boat one night (Sept), the AC system failed - the same pump I'd ask them to replace. I called them immediately, and asked for someone to come out ASAP to replace the pump. They took my info, which of course they had, and said they'd call me right back to see when a tech could come out, as they were all out on calls. Over a week later, still no call back. Had someone come over the next day and replace the pump.

Scott Beard walked us through the system function and check-out saving us so much time and money. We will definitely have our boat back there for any work needed!
- VRVic RomanApr 20, 20205.0Beard marine has been fantastic. Eric is a great Refrigerator technician and more concerned with fixing our problems than swapping parts. He has been candid about what our issues might be and worked diligently to find the best solution. John worked on our AC unit and discovered it was under warranty so there was no charge for all his hard work. He made the corrections needed and we are sleeping in the cold again. Everyone we have dealt with from parts and service have been very professional and great to work with. All this during the COVID-19 pandemic! We could not be more pleased, and yes, we have received the bill😉
