  Burkes outlet in Lincolnton NC was amazing. A typical Burkes/TjMaxx store, where it can be a tad difficult to find what you want bc people put items back where they want. (Really not a big deal and to be expected). I can state that they had several people on the floor re-organizing their clothing aisles. But they totally went out of their way to stop what the were doing and instead help me find a couple items. One even offered to call another store! - which I absolutely could have done and planned on doing. I chose to take them up on their offer. The store was exceptionally clean. Clothing racks were not a disaster. All of the sale associates on duty were very nice. At the side of the checkout, where they weren't using a register, I had two girls helping me with a wallet. Even explaining how it worked. The other just watching. Then I debated whether or not I really wanted the product. All three of us discussed how pretty the wallet was...although the way it was built- just didn't make sense. The small talk between the three of us (with chuckles) is what helped me choose whether I wanted to purchase it or not. Thank you Burke in Lincolnton NC for your amazing customer service!
