  Just like Ross and Marshall's. Been to the ones in Florida and West Virginia. New Butler store was clean and organized. Friendly and helpful staff. They do need to sync. their computers to all stores. We tried to make a return, they found out rewards info but not our receipt. Wife kept the pants, just wasn't happy with the color. Nice stores.
