  I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Bealls for the very first time, and I have to say – I was blown away! From the moment I walked in, the store was bright, clean, and incredibly well-organized, offering a wide variety of styles and products for every taste and budget. But what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding customer service I received from Crystal, a clerk who went above and beyond in every possible way. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about the store’s layout and product offerings. Crystal took the time to listen to what I was looking for, offered helpful suggestions, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm left a lasting impression—and she singlehandedly turned my quick stop into a truly enjoyable shopping trip. It's rare these days to find service that feels so personal and sincere, and Crystal delivered it effortlessly.   make sure to get a tag, despite everything being 12.99 cashier decided to charge shirts 7 dollars higher.

  I never know what I'm going to find! So many choices in so many categories. The staff are super friendly too. The store is very clean. I walk with a cane and there are chairs for sale in the middle of the store, and the staff doesn't care if I take a break there! Prices are low and products are good.
